At Tanapag school, the discipline plan implemented on the campus is called the School-Wide
Assertive Discipline Plan. This is built on positive reinforcement, and rewards the
students for their good behavior. It was introduced this school year and teachers were
encouraged to examine the materials, read about it, try it in the classroom. This program
will be strengthened in the staff development plan for the school and any district training
opportunities will be incorporated as well.
